Vitamin F is the term used to refer to bio-balanced blends of Omega 3 and Omega 6 Essential fatty acids (EFAs). The metabolism of these fatty acids starts on the skin, feeding our microbiome and epidermal barrier before being transported deeper into our tissue for ceramide synthesis.

Our Vitamin F booster has been designed to provide a potent EFA shot to skin without weighing it down or clogging the pores.

This potent booster treatment has been designed for use once or twice a week as a top-up to your regular skin care to boost skin smoothness, resilience, and strength.

Key Ingredients:

• Prickly Pear Oil: Contains flavonoids and zinc which help ease inflammation and calm irritation. Rich in Omega 6 & 9 to improve skin barrier function.
• Wheatgrass Extract: Is rich in vitamins A, B-complex, C, E and K, as well as iron, magnesium, calcium, and amino acids. Studies suggest this ingredient can be helpful in improving eczema, psoriasis and acne, as well as boosting the overall health and function of the skin.
• Seabuckthorn Oil: Is rich in essential fatty acids and plant sterols, which help strengthen the skins barrier and prevent water loss from the skins surface.

Directions of Use: Boosters are designed to use either once or twice a week as intensive leave-on treatments or daily for a short period to re-balance the skin.

Apply to cleansed skin, allowing it to sink in prior to applying any further serums or moisturiser.
