Common uses: Honey myrtle has the highest Citral content of all the Melaleucas and has significant perfumery potential.
Due to the oils great antiseptic properties and citrus fragrance the oil is widely used as a deodorizer.
Honey myrtle is a great oil to be used in a vaporiser/oil burner around the home to add a light clean scent as well as killing germs.
Strength of aroma: Strong
Aromatic scent: Slightly sweet and citrus aroma similar to Lemon myrtle.
Caution: Potential skin irritant. Use with caution. Avoid during pregnancy.
